Between Friends Animal Network agrees to adopt the above animal but under these conditions:

The adopter agrees that the animal will be properly cared housed and provided with adequate shelter from weather, fed a nutritious diet and provided with fresh drinking water at all times, receive regular veterinary care and be immunized against contagious and infectious diseases. In case of illness or injury, the pet will promptly be taken to a vet.
The adopter agrees to pay an adoption fee of _______.
The adopter agrees to get a booster shot for the animal, if applicable, by the date noted above.
The adopter agrees to return the animal to Between Friends Animal Network if for any reason circumstances change or the animal is not fitting in. The adopter agrees that if the animal is returned within 14 days that the adoption money would be returned but at any time we will always take the animal back.
If the animal is returned to Between Friends Animal Network that any expenses incurred for the care of the animal in their care will not be refunded.
The adopter agrees to abide by all applicable Animal Control Bylaws.
The adopter agrees that we are unable to guarantee any aspect of the animals nature or health.
The adopter hereby agrees to release and discharge Between friends Animal Network, volunteers, of and from any claim, damage, suit ,cause of action, demand , or expense whatsoever which the adopter, his or her heirs, executors, administration, or assigns can or may have in the relation to any loss, cost, damage, or injury that they, or any other person, may have sustain or suffer arising out of the adoption of the animal described above.
The adopter agrees that failure to comply with any of the contract conditions may lead to reclaiming of the animal by Between Friends Animal Network, and fees are then non refundable.
