Brumby

Brumby was born Jan. 2, 2007. He is a New Zealand Herding dog puppy and has strong herding instinct when around horses. . He is very friendly, well trained and loves to play fetch. He is good on a leash and has good manners. He likes to be outside most of the time and is very energetic. He is good with kids. The only reason I want to find a new home for him is because he chases horses and I havent been able to teach him not to. I run a trail ride outfit and so that is a big problem. When you take him on hikes he is great and he is very adorable. He also gets along well with other dogs. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. He is about 50-60 lbs.

I think he would be happiest to be with a person who could spend some play-time with him every day. He needs lots of space to run but stays on the property and doesn't run off. He gets along with cats but chases them around if he gets a chance, for him it means playing.

I know that Brumby is a very special and beautiful dog and hope to find him a home where he will be happy.
